Scheduled Maintenance Plan
This plan is the best for a small business that outsources their IT department. With the hidden expenses
associated with hiring your own IT person, it can be much more cost effective to contract with Unified
System, Inc. for your IT needs. This plan includes:
- A regular weekly or biweekly visit from your primary engineer
- Remote administration to accommodate tasks which pop up from time to time, but don’t necessarily
require a site visit, such as user management or minor data recovery from backup.
- Limited phone support for end users during business hours is bundled with this plan. Additional
support available at reduced rates.
- Free low-priority support by email is included.
- Firewall maintenance is included
- Network maintenance is performed on a regular basis
- Your network is evaluated for performance and resources on a regular basis.
- Preventive Maintenance is included for all systems in house.
- Malware removal is available at reduced rates.
- A secondary engineer is kept familiar with your environment and procedures so that support is not
lacking in the event that your primary engineer is not available.
- The same reduced rates that your business enjoys are extended to the employees of your business for
their own personal computer equipment.
Special Projects
This is a special rate for the duration of the project. The project can include:
- Installations or upgrades
- IT staff augmentation
- Temporary IT outsourcing
- Network Documentation
- Network Evaluation
- Other pre-arranged projects
Block Hour Purchases
This plan provides a discount when paying for a block of hours ahead of time. The actual discount will
depend on the quantity of hours purchased. Work performed after normal business hours will consume 1.5 hours
for each hour worked unless prior arrangements have been made.
Pay as you go
This is not a discount plan. You will be billed at the current rate for any work performed by Unified
System, Inc. Work performed after normal business hours will be billed at 1.5 times the regular rate unless
prior arrangements have been made.
